>BB4(LDD): LDD series segmental-ring multistage pumps are in accordance with the latest edition of API610 (ISO13709). The series pumps are horizontal, single-casing,segmented, and multi-stage centrifugal pumps with impellers arranged in the same direction. There are a total of 40 different specifications in this series. They are designed using advanced hydraulic design software PUMPCAD and CFD three-dimensional fluid simulation analysis system. This series of pumps offers high efficiency and good cavitation performance.
>SERVICES:
It is mainly used to transport clean or liquid containing trace particles, such as the transportation of boiler feed water and condensate in power stations, industrial seawater desalination projects (reverse osmosis method) and combined cycle power stations, solar energy utilization, biological and industrial power plants and other fields.

>The series features a single-shell structure, and external pressure-bearing parts can be manufactured using either casting or forging methods.
>Depending on user requirements, the first-stage impeller can be designed as either a single-suction or double-suction structure(first-stage double-suction is used for larger sizes and low cavitation conditions).
>The bearing structure for this series can use the standard ZH series sliding bearings and the ZQ series forced lubrication bearings with a lubrication oil system configured based on specific operating conditions. When selecting bearings, a mechanical oil seal structure is recommended at the bearing seal location.
ZH series sliding bearings: The rotor is supported on the pump body by two radial sliding bearings at both ends. There is a thrust bearing behind the non-driving end’s radial bearing to limit rotor axial movement and withstand residual axial forces.
ZQ series forced lubrication bearings: They consist of externally
lubricated radial sliding bearings and thrust bearings. The radial bearing is a four-wedge structure sliding bearing, while the thrust bearing is a bidirectional oil-injection forced circulation lubricated tilting pad bearing, each equipped with temperature protection and monitoring instruments.
>Inlet and outlet flange ratings can be selected based on different operating conditions, ranging from ANSI 300# to ANSI 2500# raised face flanges(or ring type flanges). Other standards like GB or HG can also be chosen based on user requirements.
>This series of pumps employs a drum-disc-drum combined balancing mechanism, which fully balances axial forces, achieving dynamic balance. During normal operation, the bearings do not bear axial forces, greatly extending the bearing’s service life.
