LTd(BB5) double shell multi-stage pump

LTD series barrel multistage pumps conform to the latest edition of the API 610(ISO13709)BB5 structure. These pumps are horizontal, center-supported, double-casing, segmented, and impellers arranged in the same direction.There are a total of 40 specifications available. Advanced hydraulic design tools such as PUMPCAD hydraulic design software and CFD three-dimensional fluid simulation analysis systems were used to in the design. This series of pumps are well known for their high efficiency and good cavitation performance.

Mainly used to transport clean or liquid containing trace particles, such as power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, natural gas processing plants, water injection on offshore or land platforms, transportation of crude oil on offshore or land platforms, crude oil refining and liquefied gas pipeline transportation, etc.

Structure Feature

>The pump features a double-shell structure with an externally pressurized shell made using forging technology, ensuring safe and reliable operation.The inner core is designed for easy removal, allowing pump inspection and maintenance without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines.
>Based on user requirements, the first-stage impeller can be designed as a single-suction or double-suction structure. The impeller can also be designed as a hot-mounted or sliding-mounted structure. The hot-mounted structure positions the impeller on the shaft using a retaining ring, while the sliding-mounted structure uses positioning sleeves and retaining rings to secure the impeller on the shaft.
>Depending on specific operating conditions, standard ZH series sliding bearings or ZQ series forced lubrication bearings with lubrication oil systems can be used. Mechanical oil seal structures are recommended for bearing seals.
ZH series sliding bearings support the rotor on the pump body using radial sliding bearings at both ends of the rotor. There is a thrust bearing behind the non-drive end radial bearing to limit axial movement of the rotor and with stand the remaining axial forces.
ZQ series forced lubrication bearings consist of externally oil-lubricated radial sliding bearings and thrust bearings. The radial bearings are of the four-oil-wedge structure, and the thrust bearings are double-direction oil-injected forced circulation tilting pad bearings with temperature protection and monitoring instruments.
>Inlet and outlet flange ratings can be selected according to different conditions, ranging from ANSI 300# to ANSI 2500# raised-face flanges (or ring-type face flanges). Other standards such as GB, HG, SH, or ASME can also be chosen based on user requirements.
>The pump body is designed with a special structure to meet high-temperature conditions (medium temperature 2 180°C).
>This series of pumps uses a balance mechanism with a drum-disk-drum combined action. This mechanism fully balances axial forces, achieving dynamic balance. During normal operation, the bearings do not bear axial forces, significantly extending their service life.
