The series pumps are double casing, radial split, multi-stage centrifugal pump. This series pumps are designed for easily evaporable media, usually buried under ground, making them easy to maintain, efficient in cooling, and with ah long serve life.The first stage and second stage are separately designed, first stage impellers performs excellent in cavitation, and the second impellers achieving high efficiency.Rolling bearings are lubricated by thin oil, and the submerged sliding bearings feature a multi-point support structure. Various auxiliary and monitoring systems can be configured to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the pump.

The product is suitable for transporting easily vaporized and low-temperature media, such as ethylene, propane, etc. It is mainly used in cold ammonia pumps and hot ammonia transfer pumps in synthetic ammonia units; ethylene product pumps, ethylene feed pumps, demethanization bottom pumps, and demethanization tower reflow pumps in ethylene units,and acrylic transfer pumps in propane dehydrogenation projects. , flash tank discharge pump, ethylene feed pump; as well as liquefied gas transfer pump, condensate pump, light hydrocarbon shipping, loading pump, etc.

>The impeller inlet is equipped with an inducer wheel structure to improve suction performance, and to meet strict cavitation condition.

>Equipped with ZL standard bearing parts, thin oil lubrication, back to back arranged thrust ball bearings, 7200 series, 40°contact angle, and steel retainers(copper retainers are also available).
>Shaft sealing can be mechanical seals and packing seals according to different operating condition requirement.
